财中社2月11日电 ST先河（300137）发布公告，控股股东姚国瑞控制的企业智新达能截至2025年2月11日已累计增持公司股份347万股，占公司总股本的0.65%，增持金额为1843万元，增持计划时间已过半。
2024年前三季度，ST先河实现收入6.00亿元，归母净利润539万元。
