2月11日，据成都住房公积金管理中心网站消息，其2月8日发布《关于调整住房公积金贷款到期日的通知》。
通知指出，住房公积金贷款期限以整年计算，最短为1年，最长为30年，且贷款到期日男性不超过68周岁，女性不超过63周岁，或不超过法定退休时间后5年。
两位及以上借款申请人，可按期限较长的一方确定贷款期限。
本通知自2025年2月8日起执行，以受理时间为准。
