1月28日晚，在临汾市尧都区五一路煤炭进出口小区，临汾市公安局直属分局南街派出所在巡查中发现王某某燃放烟花爆竹，其行为违反《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》相关规定，涉嫌在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹。
目前，涉案人员王某某已被公安机关作出罚款的行政处罚。
