建霖家居2月6日公告，第五大股东ALPHA LAND LIMITED（以下简称“ALPHA LAND”）根据自身资金需求，计划自公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，以集中竞价方式减持不超过447.573万股公司股份，即不超过公司总股本的1%。
截至公告披露日，ALPHA LAND持有公司无限售条件流通股3117.3983万股，占公司总股本的6.97%。
