另报道亦指，DeepSeek在香港成立两间公司，分别为Deepseek Limited、DEEPSEEK （HK） LIMITED，企业类型均为私人股份有限公司。
DeepSeek即杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司，已成功注册多个DeepSeek商标，国际分类涉及社会法律、设计研究、科学仪器等。
