谈到自己现在的角色逐渐转变，方硕说道：“从上队到现在也很多年了，什么样的角色都扮演过。有些时候你不能左右大环境的时候，做好自己就行了，这个年龄也不会因为这样的事情受影响，那我就什么时候上场，做好自己就完了。”
本赛季，方硕为北京出战30场比赛，场均贡献5.8分1.9篮板3.8助攻。
