财联社2月1日电，据广州市房地产中介协会2月1日消息，今年1月广州二手住宅市场成交量超过万宗，因临近春节环比有所下降，但同比显著上涨。据该协会发布的数据，2025年1月(统计周期：2024年12月26日至2025年1月25日)，广州市二手住宅网签10038宗、101.22万平方米。得益于重磅政策持续刺激，市民入市节奏较去年同期大幅加快，网签量同比涨幅分别达到18.78%、19.20%。
