该客机原计划飞往中国香港。总台记者获悉，火灾发生后，机上169名乘客和7名机组人员已全部紧急疏散。据韩国YTN电视台报道，有机上人员在火灾中受轻伤。
当地消防部门已展开灭火作业，失火原因有待进一步调查。
