记者获悉，24日，黑龙江省残疾人康复中心举行揭牌仪式。
据介绍，省残疾人康复中心将充分发挥省级“示范中心”、康复技术“资源中心”、康复人才“培训中心”作用，覆盖各类残疾人群体，覆盖全生命周期，提供多样化、精准化服务，带动全省康复机构水平提升。
