1月23日，国家金融监督管理总局副局长肖远企在国新办新闻发布会上介绍，截至1月22号，房地产“白名单”项目贷款金额总规模达到5.6万亿元。肖远企表示，这项机制下，符合“5+5”条件标准的房地产项目均应纳入“白名单”项目管理，实现应进尽进。
