本案是绿城首座新宋风叠拼，项目落址武汉中央商务区的西南片，在保留中国传统美学"宋韵"内核的基础上，以当代式手法打造一座保留宋风温润宁静却不失现代活力的住宅。设计前期深度挖掘业主的个性与生活方式，围绕业主的家庭结构和生活方式，结合项目的环境、室内空间规划设计以及业主喜好营造着手，打造了一处融合现代生活需求的高品质居住空间，不仅满足业主三代同堂的居住需求，而且通过设计让空间满足与人精神层次的情感共鸣及视觉上的艺术享受。

叠墅共有三层，一二层为生活空间，三层为屋顶花园露台，设计师通过利落的线条、简洁的形体和纯净的色彩呈现出当代设计的美感，设计师在原建筑的基础上重新规划了立面的形态，不仅满足了生活需求，为室内增添了部分休闲空间，也让每个空间得到了更加合理的规划。

ANALYSIS

设计思路:

1、将阳台纳入客厅，增加客厅的面积。

2、厨房改造为半开放式厨房，增加了餐厅的面积，并一侧打造餐边柜满足日常收纳功能。

3、一楼卧室改造为长辈房。

LIVING ROOM

客厅

一楼贯穿简雅之风，舒逸、平和、优雅，回归本质，换新印象。叠级充满韵律的楼梯与弧形沙发烘托，将现代美学表现得淋漓尽致。空间以白色为主要基底，表达生活的纯粹感觉。客厅电视背景墙以大面积的玻璃为特点，最大限度的延伸空间，让居住者在客餐厅互动。生活的浪漫和活力，带动居者的内心，最终归于生活的宁静。

The ground floor runs through the style of simplicity and elegance, soothing, calm and graceful, returning to the essence and changing the new impression.Stacked stairs full of rhythm and curved sofas accentuate the modern aesthetics.The space uses white as the main base to express the pure feeling of life.The TV background wall in the living room features a large area of glass, maximising the extension of space and allowing the occupants to interact in the guest dining room.The romance and vigour of life drive the hearts of the residents, eventually returning to the serenity of life.

客厅弧形沙发，延续柔美与大气，与二楼过道镂空，赋予上下空间通透互通之感。设计师用开放式的布局连接会客厅、厨房和餐厅，从而增强空间的连贯性与互动性，使家人在烹饪、用餐与休闲时能够保持密切的交流。

The curved sofa in the living room continues the softness and atmosphere, and the hollowing out of the aisle on the first floor gives the upper and lower spaces a sense of transparency and interoperability.The open layout connects the living room, kitchen and dining room, thus enhancing the coherence and interactivity of the space and enabling the family to maintain close communication during cooking, dining and leisure.

楼梯踏步就像白色钢琴键，缓步下楼，踏着每一步“琴键”，灯带亮起，就仿佛随时会有琴声响起，楼梯角落的红色的斗牛摆件雕塑犹如家中守卫的将士。在日复一日的生活里，借助其设计特性，真正触发居住者心底情感的“开关”，引发情感共鸣，创造真正动人的故事。

Stair treads are like white piano keys, slowly walking down the stairs, stepping on each step of the "piano keys", the light band lights up, as if there will be a piano sound at any time, and the red bullfighting sculptures in the corners of the stairs are like the generals guarding the home.In the day-to-day life, with the help of its design features, it really triggers the emotional "switch" in the heart of the residents, triggering emotional resonance and creating a truly touching story.

KITCHEN AREA

餐厨区

开放式的布局连接会客餐厅，从而增强空间的连贯性与互动性，使家人在烹饪、用餐与休闲时能够保持密切的交流。与客厅形成视觉上的互动，岛台与餐桌的融合，为这个区域赋予了功能的一体性。

The open layout connects the parlour and dining room, thus enhancing the coherence and interactivity of the space and enabling the family to maintain close communication while cooking, dining and relaxing.Visually interacting with the living room, the integration of the island and the dining table lends functional unity to this area.

SENIOR'S ROOM

长辈房

长辈房温和而舒适，以质朴清雅调性铺陈，柔和的面料肌理浸润出静谧的生活氛围，宁静致远，营造出一种平静和放松的感觉。

Elderly room is gentle and cosy, laid out in a rustic and elegant tone, soft fabric texture infused with a quiet living atmosphere, serenity, creating a sense of calm and relaxation.

ANALYSIS

设计思路:

1、在二楼衣帽间走廊处设计一个镂空区域，增加上下层的互通。

2、二楼设计主卧大套间设计，衣帽间+三分离卫生间。

3、儿童房设计为，卧室+创意书房，书房一侧可通过爬梯来到一个安全读书角。

二楼衣帽间外长廊处仙人掌衣帽架，与楼梯旁上下楼镂空的设计，通过上下空间的串联，每个空间，都有自己专属的空间形式和理想的内在精神。似隔未隔，似断又连，延续艺术。用创造性的精神和专业性的表达，赋予空间价值，通过空间互动，捕捉空间生动的表情。

MASTER BEDROOM

主卧

宽敞的卧室以简洁的线条和有序的结构形成视觉的平衡。无论是弧形的床背景，或是阳台的弧形桌子，皆共同构建一种和谐且具有节奏感的秩序，赋予空间既经典又当代的美感。

The spacious bedroom is visually balanced by clean lines and an orderly structure.Both the curved backdrop of the bed and the curved table on the balcony work together to create a harmonious and rhythmic order, giving the space a classic yet contemporary aesthetic.

主卫的设计，采用了黑色材质，简约而不失高贵，每一处细节都透露着精致与舒适。注重材质的耐用性、便捷性和美观性，并采用极简的设计，营造安静的氛围。

The design of the main bathroom, made of black material, is simple and elegant, with every detail revealing sophistication and comfort.Focusing on the durability, convenience and aesthetics of the material, and using a minimalist design to create a quiet atmosphere.

CHILDREN'S ROOM

儿童房

儿童房如同一处秘密基地，在弧形的床头背景下填入灵动的撞色，一侧装饰画如音符跳动在空间中，淡淡的紫粉融入童年的梦幻感。
