财联社1月21日电，杭州1月21日迎来2025年第二次土拍，共出让3宗宅地，总建筑面积15.92万平方米，总起价23亿元，最终，3宗地共揽金约26.6亿元，平均溢价率15.7%。其中，萧山世纪临平老城地块由金地以1.86亿元竞得，溢价率31%；余杭西站地块被华润以15.26亿元摘得，溢价率25.5%；富阳鹿山地块被富阳本土房企山水置业以9.5亿元底价摘得。（财联社记者 李洁）
