格隆汇1月20日丨百济神州(06160.HK)公告，于2025年1月17日(美国时间)，公司一间全资附属公司Bei Gene US(作为承租人)与Chemo Centryx(作为转租人)签订一份转租协议，据此，Chemo Centryx同意将转租物业转租予BeiGeneUS，租期自转租生效日期起至转租截止日期止。转租物业：约96,372平方英尺的可出租空间，包括五楼面积约49,820平方英尺及六楼面积约46,552平方英尺，位于加利福尼亚州圣卡洛斯工业路835号(835IndustrialRoad,SanCarlos,California)的某栋建筑。
