《科创板日报》20日讯，TikTok当地时间1月19日发表声明称，正在恢复对美国用户的服务。据接近字节跳动的人士向《科创板日报》记者透露，字节并未与美方达成任何协议，只是美方决定暂不执行法案，因此TikTok恢复运营。（毛明江 张洋洋）
