北京商报讯（记者 冉黎黎）近日，*ST中程（300208）披露公告称，公司当日收到证监会下发的《立案告知书》。因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，证监会决定于2025年1月16日对公司立案。
*ST中程表示，若后续经证监会行政处罚认定的事实，公司触及《深圳证券交易所创业板股票上市规则（2024年修订）》规定的重大违法强制退市情形，公司股票将被实施重大违法强制退市。
