近日，霍华德做客《The OGs Show》播客，其中他谈论到姚明是他防守过最难对付的球员。
问：“谁是最难防守的？”
霍华德：“中锋位置最难防的是姚明，2米26还能后仰跳投，姚明的技巧很全面。我只有2米08，但是姚明有2米26，体重143千克。他到篮下跳勾，你怎么盖？面框跳投，到肘区挡拆外弹的中距离也能投进。”
姚明在NBA一共打了486场比赛，平均每场得分19.0分、篮板9.2个、助攻1.6次、盖帽1.9次，投篮命中率为52.4%。
