1月17日，@极越 官方微博发布《关于用户退款工作安排的通知》，宣布自2025年1月17日起将针对已支付意向金/定金、尚未提车且符合退款条件用户有序开展全额退款工作。预计1月22日起，款项会通过银行转账的方式退回至用户的账户。
