财中社1月16日电 朗姿股份（002612）发布公告，公司拟向恒丰银行申请最高授信额度5000万元，控股股东及实际控制人申东日及其配偶翁洁为公司提供保证担保。此次担保不收取任何费用，也不需要公司提供反担保。
2024年前三季度，朗姿股份实现收入41.78亿元，归母净利润2.09亿元。
