财联社1月16日电，商务部今天介绍手机补贴政策，全国各地将从1月20日开始陆续实施手机等数码产品购新补贴，具体实施时间以当地的通知为准。手机补贴是购新补贴，不用提供旧手机。手机换新补贴采取支付立减方式，不论通过线上平台还是线下实体店都可以享受支付立减。
