根据《建筑设计防火规范》，建筑高度大于100米的住宅建筑应设置避难层(间)，避难区应采用耐火极限不低于2.00h的防火隔墙与其他区域分隔。鉴于住宅建筑具有使用人数相对较少的特点，在保证消防安全的条件下，避难层可以不采用整个楼层作为避难区，但避难区要采用不开门窗洞口的防火隔墙与其他区域分隔。
