知名巧克力生产商好时1月10日宣布，公司CEO米歇尔·巴克已告知董事会，其将于2026年6月30日退休。在公司找到继任者前，巴克将继续担任CEO和董事会成员。公司敲定新CEO人选后，巴克将辞去董事会职务，转任顾问直至退休。
好时董事会正考虑公司内外部的CEO候选人，并已任命一个特别委员会指导遴选工作。
