中国民生银行股份有限公司扬中支行与赵文洁（时任中国民生银行股份有限公司扬中支行副行长）因欺骗保险人、投保人、被保险人或者受益人被罚。
中国民生银行股份有限公司扬中支行被罚款10万元，赵文洁被警告并处罚款1万元。
