德国制药和农用化学品巨头拜耳公司1月3日公告称，澳大利亚联邦法院终结了在澳大利亚的最后一起草甘膦除草剂“农达”（Roundup）案件。法院批准了原告的请求，终止对孟山都生产的草甘膦除草剂“农达”的集体诉讼。法院裁定，认定科学证据表明，草甘膦不致癌。
