证券时报e公司讯，川能动力(000155)1月2日晚间公告，公司收到控股股东四川能投获得股票增持专项贷款的函，四川能投近日取得了中国建设银行成都新华支行出具的《贷款承诺书》，承诺向其提供贷款4亿元，用于增持川能动力股份，贷款期限不超过36个月。
