1月2日消息，业内消息人士表示，台积电本季度已开始在新竹宝山晶圆厂(Fab 20)设立2nm(N2)试产线，计划月产能约为3000至3500片。报告指出，若计入高雄晶圆厂(Fab 22)的贡献，台积电2nm总月产能预估将在2025年底突破5万片，2026年底将达每月12万-13万片，主要客户需求旺盛。 (科创板日报)
