2024年12月5日，沪昆高速江西宜春收费站。交警在对一辆准备上高速的小轿车进行检查时，发现开车的男子涉嫌醉驾，其呼气检测值为84mg/100ml。但其否认自己喝了酒，而是称自己“吃了啤酒鸭”。
见其有异议，交警便带其到医院进行采血，后鉴定结果为97.45mg/100ml，确属醉驾。
目前，该男子已被吊销驾驶证且五年内不得重新取得。案件正在进一步办理中。
