针对抖音开通赠送商品礼物的消息，抖音方面回应称，抖音生活服务团购券“随心送”功能上线于2024年1月，并同步推出“新春好礼随心送”活动。春节活动期间共有73万用户使用该功能，送出84万单礼品，总金额超4000万。
抖音方面称，随心送功能已在抖音上线近一年，在节日节点尤其受到用户欢迎，七夕和立秋两个节点是全年转赠高峰。截至目前，抖音用户已通过随心送功能送出超10亿元团购券礼物。
