证券时报e公司讯，浙能电力(600023)12月20日晚间公告，公司拟受让公司控股股东浙能集团持有的中核浙能能源有限公司（简称“中核浙能”）24%股权，参股投资建设浙江金七门核电站，股权转让价款1.16亿元。金七门核电站位于宁波市象山县，厂址规划建设6台百万千瓦级压水堆核电机组，统一规划，分期建设。
