金融界12月20日消息，有投资者在互动平台向景嘉微提问：公司21年就被列入美国实体名单，为何回复未在名单中？误导投资者？
公司回答表示：公司先后于2021年6月、2021年12月和2022年10月被列入Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List （NS-CMIC List）、“实体清单”和进一步管制清单。公司并未出现在2024年12月2日美国工业和安全局修订的《出口管理条例》中。
