12月19日，中影发布声明称，近期发现有人开发影视投融资APP、短视频APP冒名开展虚假宣传，并向公众融资，严重误导投资者。对于已经发现的冒用中影名义对外虚假融资的违法行为，中影已向公安机关报案，将依法追究其刑事及民事责任。
