据了解，12月17日，厦门集美发展集团建设运营有限公司作为原始权益人和差额支付承诺人的“五矿-申万-厦门集美湖豪生大酒店资产支持专项计划”在上交所成功发行。
该项目发行规模7.37亿元，其中优先A级3.80亿元，评级AAA，期限均为3+3+3+3+3+3年，预计到期日2042年12月17日，利率3.0%；优先B级3.2亿元，评级AA+，利率3.9%；次级档3700万元，无评级。
