据临汾房协统计，2024年11月，临汾市区（新建）住宅均价为：7599元/㎡；各片区（新建）住宅成交均价分别为：中心城区：9637元/㎡、东城片区：6444元/㎡、河西新城：6747元/㎡、尧庙片区：6719元/㎡、城北片区：6725元/㎡。
从备案数据来看，我市本月整体备案均价上涨。
