近日，据上海普陀法院消息，为实时掌握孩子的学习生活动态。潘女士在程某的网店内购得窃听“特制插座”一台，经测试后认为效果良好。后经同事提醒，潘女士认识到此举既侵犯子女隐私，还有可能涉嫌违法犯罪，于是前往派出所主动上交，程某随后也被抓获归案，获刑8个月。
