观点网讯：12月6日，北京金隅集团股份有限公司发布关于“20金隅02”公司债券2025年回售实施结果公告。
根据公告，此次回售金额13.01亿元，拟转售债券金额同样为13.01亿元，而注销金额为0元。
回售登记期为2024年11月28日至2024年12月4日，回售价格为每张面值100元，有效登记数量达到130.1万手，回售资金兑付日定于2025年1月10日。
金隅集团决定对回售债券进行转售，转售办理时间则从2025年1月10日持续至2025年2月14日，转售金额不超过13.01亿元。
