韩国联合参谋本部12月4日通报称，联合参谋本部召开了紧急作战指挥官会议，强调韩军应“维持作战纲纪，专注于对朝方的监视及警戒作战，应保持彻底的应对态势，防止朝鲜误判”。联合参谋本部同时宣布，将暂时控制除监视及警戒作战等应对态势任务以外的部队移动。（CCTV国际时讯）
