制定了《关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的实施方案》
其中明确 夫妻双方为阳曲县户籍且在 县域内公立医院住院生育
二孩自付费用最高减免500元、一次性补助5000元；
三孩自付费用全免、一次性补助10000元。
