三言科技12月3日消息，据网友爆料，杨子大哥直播承认杨子黄圣依在演，杨子大哥二哥创建了巨力集团，黄圣依是巨力影视传媒执行。企查查APP显示，巨力影视传媒有限公司成立于2009年5月，由杨子担任法定代表人、董事长职务并持有30%股权，黄圣依持有该公司10%股权并担任董事职务。
