12月2日，香港宽频在港交所公告，董事会已收到I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.提出无约束力的初步意向，表示有意收购公司的100%已发行股份，倘落实进行，预期将透过其投资组合公司HGC Global Communications Limited完成收购。于本公告日期，公司与I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.仍在讨论该建议的条款（包括价格）。公司已向联交所申请股份自2024年12月3日上午9时起恢复在联交所进行买卖。
