三菱日联金融集团（MUFG）计划收购日本智能投顾公司WealthNavi，以增强其面向个人客户的资产管理服务。MUFG银行将通过要约收购的方式完全控股WealthNavi，此前已于3月收购了WealthNavi超过15%的股份。此次收购金额预计超过6.6亿美元。
