证券时报e公司讯，12月1日，记者从杭州市多家银行及房产经纪机构了解到，目前杭州首套房贷款利率下限已上调至3.1%。“现在新申请的首套房贷利率最低为3.1%，昨天刚调的，今天应该多数银行都已经执行了。但此前已经通过审批且录入银行系统的贷款合同仍按照原利率执行。”中国银行杭州地区个贷经理向记者表示。
