11月28日，中信建投公告称，经董事会议审议通过，指定公司总经理金剑华先生在公司财务负责人空缺期间代为履行该职责。该代行自董事会审议通过本议案之日起生效，至董事会聘任新的财务负责人之日止。会议授权公司经营管理层负责办理与代行财务负责人相关的备案等手续。
