六国化工11月28日公告，控股子公司湖北徽阳新材料有限公司（简称“湖北徽阳”）拟在湖北省当阳市设立湖北兴阳资源循环有限公司（简称“湖北兴阳”）。注册资本1.7亿元。其中，湖北徽阳拟出资1.13亿元，持股比例为66.6%。本次投资主要建设磷石膏综合利用资源库。
