观点网讯：11月26日，香港置业透露，截至11月25日，香港整体物业注册量达6467宗，超过去月全月的5857宗，增幅约10.4%，创下半年新高。
在各类别中，一手私宅及二手住宅注册量增至5581宗，较上月增长12.4%；一手公营房屋注册量上涨20.9%，达249宗。
非住宅方面，工商铺注册量315宗，增长15%，而纯车位及其他非住宅物业注册量则下降21.5%，为322宗。
