财联社11月26日电，福斯达公告，公司财务总监冯庆生收到浙江证监局警示函。警示函指出，冯庆生儿子冯华冰于2023年4月28日至2024年6月26日期间，存在买入公司股票后六个月内卖出、卖出后六个月内又买入的行为。浙江证监局决定对冯庆生采取出具警示函的行政监管措施，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案。
