高明最新地价标准出炉！
日前，高明区政府网站发布了《关于公布高明区2024年国有建设用地基准地价的公告》，公示了最新的地价标准情况。
根据公示，2024年高明区住宅楼面地价最高为2654元/㎡，最低为321元/㎡。
其中，地价最高的板块西江新城南区一线临江板块，片区开发有等城发高明壹号、美的海伦堡云湾府、保利玥府、美的明湖等住宅项目。
而2024年高明区商业楼面地价最高为1708元/㎡，最低为329元/㎡。
