瑞财经 AI 11月25日消息，源杰科技（688498.SH）近日宣布，公司拟使用自有资金向其全资子公司进行增资，增资额度不超过5000万美元。此次增资计划旨在进一步推动子公司的业务发展和国际布局。
据悉，本次增资的款项将全额拨付给源杰科技在新加坡的全资子公司——源杰新加坡。该笔资金将专门用于支持源杰新加坡的全资子公司YST Semiconductor Technology Corporation在美国建设生产基地。
