观点网讯：11月25日，中拍在线国际拍卖湖北有限公司宣布，将于2024年12月7日在淘宝阿里拍卖平台上对湖北和笙置业的破产资产——西江大酒店主楼及地下室进行拍卖。
此次拍卖的资产包括16层主楼及裙楼（约25842.19平方米）和地下两层配套建筑（约11281.7平方米），总评估及起拍价均为1.89996亿人民币。拍卖标的位于湖北省宜昌市秭归县茅坪镇金缸城南郡大道12号。
