广州市住房和城乡建设局等三部门发布通知，宣布取消广州市普通住宅和非普通住宅标准，此措施自2024年12月1日起施行，同时原广州市国土房管局广州市财政局广州市地方税务局关于我市享受优惠政策普通住房标准的通知（穗国房字〔2005〕375号）废止。
