11月10日，赵某强因饮酒后驾驶晋HKP0**号牌的小型客车被执勤民警现场查获。经呼气式酒精测试仪检测，其体内酒精含量为62mg/100ml，属于饮酒后驾驶机动车的违法行为。
根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等相关法律法规，忻州交警古城大队对赵某强依法处以 罚款1000元、记12分、暂扣驾驶证6个月的行政处罚。
