缅媒报道，缉毒中央组消息，11月19日8点，缉毒警队警员参与的联合执法组依据情报信息，在掸邦东部大其力市延昂咩街区，对1名男性驾驶，3名男性随行的一辆丰田皇冠车进行了拦截检查。
在车上查获了开心水2.5公斤，预估地区市值2.75亿缅币，查扣4台手机。查获毒品后，联合执法组逮捕了车上4名青年男性（4人年龄在25，26岁左右），并移交豪勒地区警局，以毒品法立案调查追责及追查其他涉案人员。
